Two services

Training & assessment.

If you're getting your licence for the first time, you get the full training with an adapted vehicle. If you already have a licence and need to clarify conditions, you get the driving assessment as a standalone service.

01

Complete training

Like a regular Category B course, but with an individual programme, adapted vehicle, and close support. Price is individual, because every need is different.

02

Driving assessment

An observation drive with a detailed assessment of your current abilities and sensible adaptations. Accepted as proof by the driving licence office.

Vehicle conversion

What can be adapted.

We work with certified conversion specialists in the region. You tell us what doesn't work, we find a solution.

That depends on your situation. Possible funding bodies include the German Pension Insurance, the Federal Employment Agency, the trade association (for work-related disabilities), or the Integration Office. In many cases, 100 % of conversion costs are covered. We'll help you with the application and coordination with the funding body.

Conditions are entered as number codes on the back of your licence and set out the conditions under which you're allowed to drive. Examples: 78 for automatic transmission, codes from 30 for hand controls, further codes for glasses, hearing aid, or medical devices. Which conditions are needed follows from your driving assessment.

In most cases, yes. After a recovery period of 3 to 6 months and a positive fitness-to-drive assessment from a neurologist or traffic medicine specialist, you can usually continue driving. Conditions or vehicle adaptations are often required. We support you through the entire process, from the first consultation to your updated licence.
