Anyone caught during the two-year probationary period gets an order from the Landratsamt to attend an ASF. We offer the seminar in Tübingen, in 4 sessions, no driving along, no test at the end. Appointments can be planned, certificate issued immediately after completion.
Flat rate, no extras. No hourly billing, no special fees. Certificate is automatically reported to the driving licence office.
As soon as the driving licence office sends an order, you usually have 2 months to start the course. Anyone who misses the deadline risks having their licence revoked.
A serious offence, e.g. speeding over 21 km/h, running a red light, using a phone while driving. ASF is ordered automatically.
Two minor offences (e.g. parking in a no-stopping zone) add up. The ASF order comes with the second one.
You can also attend without an order, for example after an accident during the probationary period. We'll confirm your attendance in writing.
Bring the order from the driving licence office and your ID card. The next sessions start monthly.
If you let the driving licence office's 2-month deadline slip, your driving licence can be revoked. This is usually followed by a waiting period and possibly an MPU. We recommend starting the course within 4 weeks of the order at the latest.
No. The ASF is an advanced seminar for novice drivers in the probationary period and only clears the official order, so your licence isn't revoked. For reducing points in Flensburg, the Fahreignungsseminar (FES) is responsible, which is a different measure.
Yes, with an A-offence (serious offence) the probationary period automatically extends from 2 to 4 years. This is independent of the ASF. The course only ensures that you're allowed to keep driving during this extended period.
